History

January 2000:	E. Clifford Norris, Jr. obtained Florida Real Estate License and joined Dale Sorensen Real Estate, Inc.
January 2008:	Cliff Norris Real Estate, LLC was established with three desks and three Realtors in a 200 square-foot room at 5065 Highway A1A in the Pelican Plaza.
October 2010:	Cliff Norris Real Estate, LLC moved to the present location at 6160 Highway A1A in the Village Shops (located just outside the John’s Island South Gates).
January 2018	Cliff Norris Real Estate began their 11th year in business working out of 1200 square feet with 10 desks, 13 Realtors, a Rental Division with 30 properties for rent in John’s Island, and a Referral Division with over 20 Associates/Licensees.

Purpose

Cliff Norris Real Estate, LLC was created to specialize in John’s Island and Barrier Island Properties.

CNRE’s purpose has always been to remain a small, professional, highly-focused firm with an emphasis on information, service, transparency, and teamwork.
